Navigator developed a reputation since its founding in the late 1980s for delivering a lot of boat for the money. Built on a solid fiberglass hull, her two-stateroom interior is arranged with the galley and dinette on the pilothouse level, two steps up from the salon. A lower helm is standard, a huge L-shaped sofa and centerline entertainment center dominate the salon. A corridor to starboard in the salon leads to the staterooms. The interior is fully carpeted and highlighted with lacquered cherry joinery, vinyl overheads, and Corian counters. The side decks on the 4600 are nearly a foot wide so movement around the boat is easy and safe.
